Mode of Payment at BLS
Payment can be made by using the below mention modes only:
2. Cash (Applicants are requested to get exact cash as per number of applications)
2) Postal Applications:
1. Kindly Provide Demand Draft/Money order only in favor of BLS International Services Canada Inc., which includes Passport fee + consular fee + BLS Service charges and relevant postal charges (See para 3).
2. Kindly do not enclose any cash in your postal application envelope. BLS will not be responsible for the loss of cash or the postal orders.
3) Applicants may note that postal service is an optional service. As such an applicant may choose to only send their application to BLS by post but collect their documents back in person at BLS Centre. In such cases applicants may pay only for postal charges for home to BLS Centre and not vice-versa.
